Never Ordering from Pick N Pay again!

I had ordered on the Pick N Pay ASAP app today and my delivery was declared "delivered" yet I had not received my order. I called the landline to report this to and a women by the name of Nicole answered and called the driver in question, he told us both that he was driving and too busy then hung up. Nicole said that I would receive a refund whilst she gets to the matter of this and call me back but I am yet to get a call back or get my refund.

I have lost 800 of my hard earned money on essentials that I needed and I have is the poor service that I got from Pick n Pay and Pick n Pay ASAP.
