NEVER HAVE I EVER... 🤮

Today my sister and I went grocery shopping at Pick n Pay (New Market- Lemon Tree). As we were paying we unfortunately expericed a problem with the card transaction, my sister tried to update her limits however she couldn't work the app as she is new to the bank. It was so disappointing that the staff could not even contain themselves until we left before everyone started asking what the problem was. Much to our discomfort was when everyone started making comments from "hai let's rather do backshopping" and "can you hurry we want to knock off" which was not only posed on us but on the lady (Mavis Mafene) who was assisting us. I must commend her for her wonderful service and amazing patience, she honestly tried to assist and also allowed for us to keep trying, unfortunately the guy who seemed to be the manager (couldn't get his name as his name tag was not visible but he has a West African accent) came and asked us "ladies, do you see all these people standing here, they want to knock off" I was so shocked by that question and upon my interaction with him he told me I'm giving him attitude, WOW! Eventually my sister managed to solve her problem but the guy went on to suspending and calling the staff to pack the groceries back on the shelves... "FINALLY! That's what we wanted to hear" they said as they walked towards the trollies. I usually shop at this particular Pick n Pay but today was my worst experience ever!!
