Never going to use asap again. Disappointed

I placed an order on PnP asap and 15:30 and I haven't received my items. The call centre advised that my ordered was taken back to the store as the driver did not find anyone at my home. I was home waiting for it, even checked on the app how far was the driver, it kept on saying the driver is at the store collecting it. The driver never came. I've used the app several times and when the driver arrives they usually call me or hoot at the gate. Which never happened. I called the store to ask if my ordered was collected and they said they didn't receive my order from asap. When i ask for a refund, they tell me they will cancel my order and my money will be put in my asap wallet. Honestly I just want my money back in my bank account and will never use asap again.
