Never ever have I seen such a Mickey Mouse store in my life

Why is it that everytime I go to pnp promenade in Mitchell’s plain, I either get **** service, they never have stock of promo items or the queue is running from inside the mall then directed outside only for you to come back inside or the pricing of the stock is incorrect on the shelf. Somehow the management team of that store doesn’t have their ducks in a row or a clue of what customer service is. Last month I stood in a queue for more than an hour without the queue moving of which I approached the front line supervisor Claudine, who gave me a stupid explanation of the freebies which is making their system slow etc, 15mins later I then went to the manager and he requested for another till to be opened and I be helped at the till where the stupid supervisor decided she wants to discuss me with her staff on the floor and made as if she didn’t know the manager told the cashier to help me. I had to go and speak to her again in order for my groceries to be rung up.
