Never again

I placed an order on Pnp Asap and it was supposed to be delivered between 7 and 7:30pm on Monday 27 April. I waited and waited and my order did not arrive. No communication whatsoever about what is going on, then they just decide without informing me to deliver my order on 28 April. I was not home and had to ask someone to take it for me. Im absolutely dissapointed in the service I received. I ordered those things for my kids, they had to go back last night with that order, but they had to leave without their lunch things. Such a huge inconvenience because they dont have pnp asap where they stay, now we must spend money trying to get these things to them or arrange for them to go and buy, Im not happy at all. Considering that I use this service almost every week... Communication is bad.
