Negligence and bad communication

I bought groceries at LEMON TREE on the 12th of May and when i got home one of the items i bought wasn't packed and i called the store the following day amd the was no answer i opt to their Facebook page the response was that they looking into my query and thwy will get bag to me up until today even went to the store last week i spoke to the guy Brian up until today i am waiting for feedback
