Negligence

My mom went to pnp chilly lane sunnyhill on the 23 December... she went to the fridge site and there was water all over the floor which she ddnt see when stepping on it because there was no sign of wet floor. She tripped and fell , only to be helped by the security guards. A manager was called by the name of Zoleka n she apologized saying it's the fault of the cleaners , no one asked if she is okay. Or there were injuries ,she has been crying all night and we have to take her to a doctor. Had there been a sign she would've avoided walking on those fridges side. Her name is Fikile ********** 485
