Negligence

I worried about the Negligence at Pick n pay(Thembi mall) Thembisa... How can the parcel counter operate without tags..I forgot my shoes at the parcel counter and when I realized that I.. I then phoned the shop I was told to come back and get them.... I the phoned the head office I was told that the store manager will call me.. Its been n more than 2 hours he has not called me... Know I'm starting to think that because the store is situated the Township.. The store manager does not respect out time, money...
