Needle found in Lamb chop

In the past 7 years I've only had to complain here twice. Both times about Pick n Pay. This is my second complaint and I reckon far more serious than the first.<br> On Monday 27 April I bought a pack of lamb chops for a braai at a friends house. After sitting down to eat, I take my first bite and the meat is horrible (off) and tough even though sell by date is 1 May. As I'm busy chewing I bite down on something quite hard. Already disgusted I decided to rather spit out what I thought was a piece of bone. If only it was... but no... a metal needle! Broken injection needle, sharp point and all!
