Needing a human being to do some work!

Pick n Pay smart shopper card is impossible to change an old cell phone number. I've tried every avenue possible. Then tried calling my local store for help, THEY DON'T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE! All I need to do is change my cell phone number in order to change my password. When I choose the otp to go to email, it just does not come through. I mean this is a simple thing to do but Pnp is so slack, systems do not work. Pnp you can't let electronics do EVERYTHING for you, you have to have a human being actually DO SOME WORK and look after your customers.
