Needed cash back of R1500 was informed that the whole store didn't have money

Needed cash back of R1500 was informed that the whole store didn't have money. This is the 25th on the month by the way.the cashier was Debbie and she called I assume her senior to assist Merccie can't recall her name properly. They were never rude however the store didn't assist me with my need...highly disappointed....😪
