Need assistance with no feedback

I don’t want to leave a bad review, I just want help. I have phoned all possible stores with nobody ever answering the phone. I have phoned your contact centre without answer and I have messaged on Facebook with no reply either. I am at my wits end.

I really only have favourable feedback about PnP and will change my review as such as soon as this has been sorted out.

I want to buy bicycles you have on your website, and it took me a while to track down stores where they are. Woodmead shows 6 in stock and a friendly representative said since it’s a high number of stock availability I should be able to come right there. Guess what, they are all apparently broken! Luckily I phoned before driving all the way to Jhb.

I am now working down the list of other stores who might have i.e. Centurion Mall, but they just never ever answer the phone. And head office’s phone also just rings now forever. I have listened to the “did you know” on a loop again and again.

Can someone please help me? I have to buy two of these bicycles as a matter of urgency, please.
