Nedbank Go Banking - Duplication of R700.00 Withdrawal from my account by cashier

On 30 October 2017 I requested a withdrawal of R700.00 from a cashier at Pick n Pay Clearwater. She struggled to get the transaction processed and I was notified by sms of two withdrawals of R700.00 each on my account for only one transaction. I subsequently confirmed this duplication at Nedbank when I drew a statement on the 2 Nov 2017. I brought this to the attention of the supervisor at Pick n Pay Clearwater on that same day. She said she would do the necessary to reverse the transaction and contact me? A week later I had still heard nothing and upon following up on 9 Nov 2017 (wasting three hours of my morning), I was fobbed off by Clearwater staff to contact Nedbank to resolve the matter. I logged a query at Nedbank at a cost of R150.00 as well as on Pick n Pay's Website on 9 November 2017. No one has bothered to contact me to sort this problem out and R700.00 is missing from my Go Banking account!!!!! plus R150.00!!!!!

Good day Vanitha, I am disappointed that even after your response I have still had to sort out this problem directly with Nedbank today myself without any assistance from Pick n Pay who caused the problem in the first place. Furthermore, I have to wait 14 working days for Nedbank Card Division to resolve the problem even though I brought this duplication of a Go Banking transaction to Pick n Pay Clearwater's attention the very next day. How would you like to wait three weeks to access your own money R700.00 in your own account? I take umbridge that Pick n Pay has not initiated any remedial action from their side!!!!
