Nbad customer service

I went to pick n pay the Groove yesterday to buy a few essential casher no17 till nr9 was very rude she grab the basket out of my hand to scan the items inside than my purse fall with all my cards in it the cards were all over the floor cashier did not even try to help us pick up the cards my daughter and myself pick it up while she scan the staff I put in the basket while we are picking up the cards she wait for us with a attitude to stand up she than stand and talk to her colleague in her language I stand up hand the card to her to pay for items she than push my staff to the end of the terminal and turn her back on me while istrugle to put the items I bought in the plastic she just throw there I spoke to one of the other cashier and she call the manger Kk Lekota who was not helpfull at all iam very dissatisfied with the service I get from the manager and the cashier 😭😭
