NAPPY BAG AT PARCEL COUNTER?!?

I went to the Pick 'n Pay store as I was entering the store, the security guard on duty, who was a lady, requested that I put my baby's napy bag at the counter since when do nappy bags sit at the parcel counter. I've been to Pick 'n Pay a couple of times but I've never placed my bag at the parcel counter and this simply to me that I was there to *****. I found this really bad.
