My worst support experience in my life, thank you pick n pay :(

I honestly never have experienced such ****py support in my life. And I'm so dissapointed in pick n pay. Your lack of urgency, and care for customer grievences is utterly disgusting. Please discontinue your app or get new support staff because this is ****, honestly I have gotten more headache from using your app than convinience.

I am waiting for a refund, I have contacted support over a month ago every few weeks I get a response then as soon as it comes to the point they need to solve my problem and refund me they ghost me, I have now literally spammed them with 100s of emails to show them I am upset and want assistance but still I'm waiting for a response, giving your customers an update on the process is common practice and decency, pick n pay lacks this NEVER waste your time or money here rather go to checkers.
