My points are not reflecting

<p>I redeemed my cash at the smart shopper machine and had about R416.00 when I got to the till I had only bought for 100 somewhat rands, the lady at the till in randridgemall took my reciept showing that I have R416 and when I asked her how I would buy for the rest of the money that is left since I only used 100 and something rand she said I should just go to the smart shopper machine and redeeem my points again it will be there, I was hesitant to walk away with my reciept and asked her if she is sure, she as well as the packer said they were sure, I go to picnpay in Northworld and I try to redeem my points and I have no points left, my R416.00 is gone now, you rep**** to me and said that The rand value balance will not reflect on your till slip, you are able to view the balance at the Kiosk Machine, on your Online profile and also via the Mobile App. I checked at the kiosk and on my app online and my points are not there, and when I go to the till they want a reciept showing my points, so how am I supposed to show them my reciept with my points if it is not showing, can you show some interest in helping me sort this out please</p>
