My order was not delivered!!

I've ordered goods from Pick n Pay online ASAP on the 15th of October (Order Number ***). I called the Driver to ask him where my package is but he advised that the package was not handed to him because there was a mix up with my order at the store . The next day an update was sent stating my package was delivered but I did not receive any goods. I've called 3 times that same day for assistance, a lady assured me that a refund would then be processed seeing that my order was not delivered, I need to wait 3-10 working days. I've called in again after the long awaited 10 days because no refund was paid. I spoke to a lady that advised that no refund was processed for me and that she would look into it and send me a Voucher Code instead. the day goes past no Voucher Code was sent, I then call in again and speak to an Agent named Figo and he then advised NO REFUND OR VOUCHER CODE was processed for me again!!!!! He then assured me that he was going to assist me and send the voucher code to me the same day. But once again nothing has been done!!!!!! No one got back to me at all till this day, I'd like to say this service is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!
