My name is Eddie De Souza. Email ***. contact number ***. I bought goods from them on Friday 01 December 2023. They have sent me rotten chillies on order # ***8. To date I have not received any response, not even when I called their contact centre. It's almost a week now. Yet they pride themselves is being efficient. They are not when for the second time they send me rotten chillies and the first time was rotten tomatoes. Their service is very very bad. I want to be compensated for this nonsense
