my grocery was never delivered and pick n pay doesnt care.

I have ordered grocery online order number ***4 which was suppose to be delivered at my workplace on the 5th of Dec 2019. Due to bad weather the driver came late in which i have already left my workplace. I called pick and pay online on friday 6th to make arrange and was advised the order will be delivered same day before 12 mid day. I waited for the order which never came, i then called same day and pick n pay made arrangement to deliver at my house on sat before 12. Again i waited and nothing came. Same sat i called pick n pay and was advised the ordered will be delivered first thing monday morning. Again nothing came and it seems like no-one knows were my order is . I'm really disappointed with the service i received from pick n pay, even when i told them the importance of some items on that grocery they don't seem to care. I have been a loyal customer of pick and pay and have recommended people to this super market, but this experience has made me think of other options to do shopping next time. Right now i want my grocer or refund.
