My day's been made

Took 3 items to Pick 'n Pay St Peter's Square - not the same shop where I had originally bought them - to ask for a credit and Tawfig Ismael explained to me their policy was that I must hand in the cash slip, which I no longer had. He got permission from the store manager and so the process was completed with me the happy, satisfied customer.

Not only did Tawfig meet my needs, he did so with a song to boot; yes, he sung his heart out in front of all us customers, bringing a huge smile to our faces. Obviously a man who is happy in his skin and workplace.

Pick 'n Pay St Peter's Square: hang onto this gem! On the other hand, he's got the makings of top management so, as they say in the classics, if you love him then let him go i.e. move on and up.
