Musgrave Pick n Pay

On Saturday the 20th of March i visited Pick and pay Musgrave centre in Durban,when I enter the door the lady at door (security) rudely called me to close the parcel ,of which is ok but she was screaming at everyone,bearing in mind that they don’t have parcel counter anyway. So there were no trolleys as it was busy ,then I went take the trolley that had babysit on even though I was with my 9 year old son ,and continued doing my shopping. My son needed a loo so I spoke to the lady that was in front of me to move my trolley as the Que progresss as I’ll be back quikly,then I took my parcel that the security closed as I was entering out with me ,then when I came back with the same rude tone she called me to close it one more time even after I showed her that he already and I’m next to pay as I was using the disability counter that is by door. So after paying I asked the Supervisor Thandiwe if I can take this trolley out to the parking as there were no other trollies,she said it’s fine you can take it,as I approach the door the lady shouted you can’t take this trolley anywhere,I told her I had already asked for permission and she said NO stop there now I’m standing at the door like I stole something ,I told her she must give me the trolley that I can use then she couldn’t then she is calling who she says is the manager and the guy said to her she can take it ,the manager that was called said nothing to me as a client the security lady says nothing to me after she has treated me like a ********. I know Musgrave PNP everybody there is nice and friendly this lady doesn’t fit with the friendliness of Musgrave PNP,she has no customer service experience at all,the approach is super important when dealing with people.
