****** while shopping, no empathy from management

Not sure I will get a response but here goes, this instance it' s slightly different to my previous social media comments, incorrect pricing, indifferent attitudes of staff, no answer etc. Last night about 5pm I was ****** whilst at the pick n pay Hampstead in Kenilworth. The store manager on duty said that he called the police, however I waited around for over 30 mins and left. Today I receive no call from management nor no SAPS official to take my statement. I was also told that there was an issue with security cameras. So much for ensuring safety for customers.
