On the 2 february 2020 i went to pick n pay herm**** to buy apple cider viniger which is i saw in price of R25,99 and when i was on the till point it scaned R89. 99 which is not my problem as a customer but the supervisor Senior refuse to authorise she went to the manager as the manager Wyne he also refuse to come and authorise for that and he didn't even bother to come to me as a customer i guess he undermine me because am (african) black Senior went to Wyne twice while i was standing by the cashier Zonke who went to check the price and she got it as R25.99 and it was not only 1 on the islnd i did call their customer service no One help me they keep on telling me Wnyne is refusing to give with the price i saw i try t speak to Candice she also don't help i just want ti knw is the whole reatil pick pay own by Wyne and Candice or are the store manger and assitant manager is there no regional manager who can handle this incident except them i never been contacted due to this matter is it because am black??? i got ref no ***
