I went to pick n pay Cosmo city ext6. Yesterday evening to buy 4 packet of minced meat . When I open 1 pack at home, i found that the meat is rotten. I went back to the store to return it. The person who was helping me from help desk did not have a name tag. When i presented my case, she did not apologize to me. They waisted my time and my petrol for ups and downs trips. They did not show any remorse to me as a customer
