Its been over 2 months that I'm waiting for my refund, after how many e-mails and phone calls, I'm still waiting for my money on 5 of the 9 items that was short delivered. Please all I want is my hard earned money back, Can anybody give me advise how do I go about. I've contacted the financial manager, she did respond but that was 1 week ago and no news since.
