Complain!!!!!

There is the old lady by the name Margaret ,she refused to give me her surname "Backery Manager"who was rude at me at pick n pay hypermarket Northgate shopping centre,when I returned food to the store,she said to me that ,the problem is with my taste buds,she cant take my nonsense,if I want to escalate the matter I can do so,she's not even scared,in front of cashiers.im very dissapointed with the service I got,especially from someone who's holding a high position.
