I bought a flight ticket on the 12 /06/ 2019 at pick n pay plumstead, for flight of the 14/06/2019 When I arrive at airport the ticket was not paid at mango or flight centre, iiwas called pick n pay who failed to assist me. was told to buy new ticket to Durban king shaka, I phoned costomer service n was never assisted, Oliver pick n pay manger called me the following day and ask me for bank statements n assisted, recieved my money after 4days, She said I must write an email to complain to be compensated, I wrote an email , was called n the lady apologize for all the embarrassment n shame they put me thru n they offer R1000 voucher, as compensated, I feel so humiliated by their offer, By Mr w vellem
