Good day my name is Jerry today I went to Pick ‘n Pay to refund a bottle of Jameson selected reserve one I bought cash on Monday I bought for someone as a gift but didn’t like the gift.

The manage of Pick ‘n Pay at campus square mall Auckland park hes name is Collen Nicolas he refused said to me Pick ‘n Pay policy of liquor outlet doesn’t take refund, I insisted he shows me a policy he said to me he’s busy on the system with liquor license.

I asked so are u saying to me u can’t assist me he said yes I can’t u can come back later so he’s work seemed to be more important than a customer I said to him.

I went thru my receipt an called customer care an they told me what Collen Nkosi was incorrect information they even confirmed with customer care manager of Pick ‘n Pay. They said to me must leave my details they gonna call Collen they did after they got back to me saying they not answering the calls then lady was assisting me Siya siyamthanda said to me the matter gonna be escalated an they send Pick ‘n Pay email after they send me reference of the case which is my reference is ***

So I went back to Pick ‘n Pay later on to Collen Nicolas for the second time I said to him customer care says info u gave me it’s incorrect he said to me he doesn’t care what customer care says because thus not gonna do anything to him matter of a fact he’s not gonna refund me an there’s nothing me or Pick ‘n Pay can do.

That person speaking like that it’s ur staff member a manager as whole he even stood up on hes chair as if someone wanna fight me I told him if u in this manner can’t deal with u let me leave but this don’t end here.

I just alert u guys I am gonna make sure this Collen Nicolas get what is coming to him to treat me in this manner also raise voice threaten me that there’s nothing can do or u guys as a whole company is Collen a owner of Pick ‘n Pay telling me has worked for 26 years for u guys an there’s nothing can happen to him

I am really gonna take this matter to all social media even where till I get attention of u big ceo owner of Pick ‘n Pay

This is just a start that Collen will know how treat customer right next time
