Mr D Orders Taking Over 3 Hours at Pick n Pay Daveyton😡😡

I’m really disappointed with the service at Pick n Pay Daveyton when ordering through Mr D.

There’s nothing convenient about waiting over 3 hours for an order, especially on a normal weekday when it’s not even busy. The expected delivery time is around 60 minutes, but this store consistently takes far longer just to prepare the order.

This kind of delay defeats the whole purpose of using a delivery service. Customers rely on efficiency and reliability, and unfortunately, this experience has been the opposite.

I hope management takes this seriously and improves their preparation and delivery times, because this level of service is simply not acceptable.
