Mr D and PnP don't do returns

I ordered a defective watch on the MR D PnP app, this women tells me I need to travel to PNP and return the watch myself. Why cant they send someone to collect this defective product that i cant even make use of. I use the app for convenience, pay R35 delivery fee!!! Now i must spend R200 to uber to and from Canal walk to return your defective product!!! Essentially losing R200 for this ****ty R400 watch i regret buying.
