Mr. Client: You ***** my money

I used to live in Henley on Klip for the past 14 years and my nearest PnP store was PnP Golf Park. I were used to friendly staff whom is not scared to assist, staff whom is always smiling, staff whom give there full attention to your while they are busy attending to you. The Owner is always on the floor and always there to assist. In general EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!! A month ago I moved to Vanderbijlpark and my closest PnP is PnP Vanderbijlpark. Well, I just say that every time I walk out of this store I am furious. There is too much to complaint about but here is a few. Ask a packer where I can find a specific item, I were just directed. I couldn't find the item and went back. He were furious to get up and take me to the item, Next problem, I am a A+ blood type which means I eat more Chicken or Fish, time and time again after work when I get to the shelf there is NO boneless chicken left on the shelve. When I have cash I will use the cash to pay - the Cashier normally will put my notes under the blue light to check the legitimacy of the note, all good, receiving my change I raised my R100 note in the air to check the legitimacy of the Bank Note, the Cashier rudely asked me what I am doing, I told here that I am just checking to see the legitimacy of the Note, I were clearly informed that she will NOT provide me with a **** note, really? I trust unfortunately NO ONE and secondly it is my right to check the quality before I leave the cashier. Standing at the Cigarette counter the cashier did not greet made when I approached her. Start scanning my items and while doing that she shout at other staff members close to the entrance of the shop. Eventually she gave me the value to pay, I entered my card in the machine to pay and afterwards I told her that I would like a bag and will not pay for it - out of courtesy and the rude service received I refuse to pay for a bag. She told me I am wrong and she have the right to talk to other staff while she serve me. The berst was tonight when I reach the till point the cashier is clearly new, rude, didn't greet you and when it came to pay time I turend the Card machine towards me to enter my card - he told me - you can't do it because you ***** money out of my till in that way. Thank you for calling me a theft. Well, this is an clear indication that once again I am right. Rude and arrogancy boils down from Management. I am pretty sure the Owner have the same type of attitude. Thank you Pick n Pay Vanderbijlpark - I will from now on drive 1,4km further and shop at SPAR. PnP will never see me again!!!! NO PnP!!!!!!!!!!!! I will ensure to cut my Smart Shopper card up tonight.

Good bye good old friend - Pick n Pay
