Hi on da 29th of Nov 2020 I bought a Russel Hobbs microwave at pick n pay woodmead so within a year it’s started to give me problem I then called them and notify them on the matter they told me that I don’t have to hurry I can bring it at anytime so that’s when I relaxed coz it’s a 2year warranty so on the 9th of May that’s when I took it there at pick n pay coz it was worse now it wasn’t warming the food so when I got there they took me to customer service and that’s where they took my details and I was told they they will call me on a Wednesday to tell me what is wrong with it so since then even today am still waiting on them they haven’t come back to me it’s close to a month now so which means I bought it for mahala coz it hasn’t come back even now
