I did do a online shopping today, same as before. Before they were great and loved it. But today was so bad. I put in my order who was over R600. Put in my adresse where I am. I followed them on my phone for delivery. The last time I checked was almost 14:00, and there time for delivery is about 14:10. So I stand in front of my truck waiting, and just about 14:05. Got a message on my phone on the app, that my order is been canceled. I phone them, first they said the order is been canceled, yes I can see that. Then they checked and told me I was not available so they cancel the order. I did not have a miss call on my phone or a call. And I told the lady it is not acceptable and need my order, then she said se will contact the manager, then she disappeared and I must review her service. Hahaha. Well phone again and again and again. Can't get through. Then send them a mail, and all they said the order is been canceled and the money will be in my account between 3 and 10 working days. **** man I am a truck driver and that was food for the weekend, know I am sitting here in my truck without food and my R600. And all they can say sorry. So never again will I use them or spend my money in any pick n pay again. Never again.
