Mouse in butcher area
So my wife an I do our weekly shopping at pick and pay vangate mall, on Saturday the 14 of October we went to pick and pay vangate mall like we always do while at the butcher buying our meats and polony a mouse came out under the fridge and ran straight to my trolly I had to kick the mouse away, I then took a video of what is happening, one of the people working in the butcher then called a manager and the manager ask them to remove the mouse how hygienic is that working in the butcher but yet you need to remove rodents horrible experience. I opened a complaint on pick and pays wedsite I even send the video and 3 of my slips showing them that I always shop there but still no feedback very dissapointed and disgusted on the way complaints are being handled I did receive a ref number for my complaint but no feedback.

01 Nov 2023, 08:13So I received a call from Mr Thembi floor manager at pick & pay vangate mall great guy by the way, who apologised for the inconvenience Mr Thembi also advised me that pick & pay has fined the pest control company and they will fumigate the premesis free for three months, which I understand. Mr Thembi then advised me that for my inconvenience pick & pay offered me meat and a coke LOL to enjoy on the day of the rugby world cup which I respectfully declined, PICK & PAY this is my question to you if this happened let's say at camps bay pick & pay would the out come be the same! Would pick & pay camps bay also offer the customer meat and a coke...........

Or should I up load the video to social media.
