Mouse Droppings on my rolls

It's been almost 2 weeks since I reached out to pnp with the below concern and yet still no feedback received.

“I popped in at pnp in Goodwood this morning and decided to get a few items. I grabbed a few soft rolls in order for me to eat something on my way home.

I opened the bag with the rolls and as I was about to eat one I turned it around and noticed that the rolls were full of mouse dropping (muise ****le) ewwww.

I checked the other rolls and all of them had mouse droppings beneath then. I will be attached pictures of it.

This needs to be investigated as soon as possible. I would like feedback as well as this is unacceptable. I will be taking this to the media if feedback is not received.

I am still disgusted by this and sick to my stomach to be honest. Imagine I ate these rolls??????“
