Evelyn helped me climb a mountain today! After a horrible day at the office she helped me do an excahnge which really seemed impossible! If not for my boss I would never have gone back to the shop to do the return as it seems like way to much work! With the return she did not panic, but offered me a friendly smile & helped me in a way I really needed!!<br> <br> Thank-you Evelyn! <br>
