Mouldy Vegetables

Purchased packaged veg from PnP lakeside which I discovered, once opened, were growing mould, even though the expiry date was days away. I reported this to customer care via email and got a response asking for my telephonic details, as they wished to contact me. I have not heard back from them, even after sending a reminder email, and the reason that this is so upsetting is that I have since seen more old veg and fruit in the fridge section. It would be fantastic if this could be sorted out, as it is very convenient shopping so close to home. At the moment I am having to drive a bit further to Woolworths for fresh consumables.
