MOULDY steristumpie milkshake

I purchased a steristumpie choc milkshake today being 3 Feb 22 and upon opening it found green mould under the foil around the top edge of bottle. very frustrating and had no time to go back to the shop to return. I have pics Nd till slip proof. also so dangerous if I didn't or a child didn't bother to look properly and drank from it.
