Mouldy Jam

I bought Rhodes Fig jam from Pick 'n Pay, Claremont, and when I opened the bottle one day later there was mould on the jam. I'm sure they would replace it but this if far from the first time I have had mediocre products from that Pick 'n Pay. What about my inconvenience for having to come into the store and wait while Customer Service processes the return and swop?<br> <br> I'm tired of poor quality products from Pick 'n Pay, Claremont.
