Mouldy danish

Went to Pick 'n Pay in Century City this morning to buy something to eat. I had the 3 pack danish in my hand ready to go pay. A guy was busy packing more pastries on the table. I was just about to go pay when I noticed that it was mouldy in the pastry. Had I not checked this and just eaten it I probably would have gone into anaphylactic shock because I was close to having this happen to me before when I ate mouldy food luckily I got an injection from my doctor. Pick ' Pay really needs to take better care with their products and inspect better. It could lead to a major issue for something as small as quality control.
