Mouldy birthday cake at pick n pay

Yesterday was my son’s birthday and we went to the Pavilion shopping center and bought him a birthday cake there. So this morning I cut the cake for myself and as I’m eating it I discover some green stuff and I go to inspect the rest of the cake and it’s got mouldy patches underneath and some of the children had eaten this cake… I’m so disappointed and my son is disgusted.
