MOULDY BILTONG

To whom this may concern!!!

I am absolutely livid as myself and my kids who is 5 years old and 9 months ate from this packet of biltong which was mouldy! This is a huge health hazard as we could get extremely sick as well my infant!!!!!

A refund will not even suffice! I want this reported! I want whoever packed my order and whoever is in Management at that pick n pay to be held responsible! This is unacceptable, this is not okay.

This biltong was eaten during loadshedding so we could not see the mould immediately as soon as we saw the packet under the light it's absolutely disgusting!! How do they not check the items when packing?????? How is this even on the shelves!!!!!
