Mould on Milk Tart

Good day,

I bought a Milk Tart today at one of your stores in Menlyn Mall.

Now when I open the Milk Tart at home it has mould meaning it’s rotten 😢 I need an explanation of how did this happen, how do you have an expired cake in your fridge to be sold to customers. The sell by date is today but the cake is already rotten and it’s in your fridge.

I have attached the receipt and pictures, can i please get a call on how this is going to be resolved.
