Mould and insects on pnp brand cones

Good Day...

I bought ice cream cones from you guys this Saturday that passed, I opened the box to find insects and mould on the cones aswell as on the box...For such a big company and what's happening in our country i would have expected companies to be more vigilant about the goods they sell and the condition of it before selling it. This is unacceptable especially when you buying for a kid and to see what they might have eaten
