Motor vehicle registration renewal nightmare

Renewal of motor vehicle license through Pick n Pay in the western cape is a total waste of time, went to the Pick n Pay at Lagoona mall Langebaan and went through the procedure of sending all the paperwork that was required this was done on the 3/10/22 as of today 13.10/22 no contact has been made by pick n pay. On, going to the mall to find out what was happening the staff at the pick n pay were very unhelpful and I was told to go to the license department to renew, is this how it works in the Western Cape? I am very disappointed in Pick n Pay and especially the store manager at the Lagoona Mall branch
