Most traumatic customer service from Heta in the Pharmacy

I have never been treated the way i have been today at Woodmead Pharmacy , i would normally call and give the membership number of the medical aid , today i have been questioned by two ladies the same questions had to keep on repeating myself worst of all i would get shout at in the process by the second lady which her name i think is Heta , You never treat a customer like that if she never wanted to assist she could have dropped the call ... the attitude and question plus i answered but still she would shout at me like really , I would come at the pharmacy myself but due to the fact that i am highly pregnant that is why i am suing the telephone service and got the attitude .

Though if one does not have soft s****s they should never communicate with customers in retails , you are well off working at the back making sure that the medications are packed to their correct bins
