Most terrible service ever
I very upset with you service, I placed my order at 13:29 and it still not here as I send this email. I called twice and spoke to 2 useless agents that promised to call me back and they never did. I had plans today, needed to go out for lunch with friends and thank you pnp I couldn't go because of us wow this is my last order. I will never order from you guys. I hate bad service. Send my money back and just forget it. This is the second time this is happening and I still had hope on you guy but stupid me why trust the untrusted yeh. Ats 5:30pm and the order is till not here

18 Mar 2024, 10:02How sad that Pick n Pay will be treating me like this after being a customer for so many years ordering via ASAP. Wow no one is willing to take ownership of anything. As for the supervisor Ian that offer me R100 for my 24 hours of pain and suffering and never loaded it in my wallet. I mean Pick n Pay things that missing my friends get together on Saturday because of them and then missing church on Sunday because waiting for delivery that took 24 hours to be delivered is with R100 promise that was never given. They should keep it for all I care. I even had to throw away their smartshoper card. I don't want anything that has to do with Pick n Pay. They don't value their customers and we won't value them too.
