Most horrible experience I have experienced from Pick n Pay South road, Sandton

I shop at Pick N Pay South Road Sandton in a daily basis. Today I have the most awefull experience. The services gets worse by the day. I have reported on 2 other occasions with different issues but this puts the cherry on top. I ordered a carton of cigarettes from security who arranges the stock. When she arrived, she refused to give it to me and kept on asking which till I was going to. I was not done with my shopping as I was waiting for my cigarettes. The attitude and the way she carried on made me feel like I was going to ***** the carton of smokes. After me raising my voice out of anger I walked to the manager and he started to defend his staff without even hearing the full story. He said she was writing down the stock but this was not true. Really does this guy think I am stupid like him. What planet is he from????. For months I have been requesting Tar guard and I always get a story that they did have and sold out. The recent one was that they have ordered but did not arrive. I have to check every day for this item. He could have taken my number down and called me when the stock arrived. No interest in doing so. This store has gone to the dogs. I have witnessed several unsatisfied customers as well as staff deciding to do their shopping at peak hour. I spend thousands of rands in this store on a monthly basis and never again will I put my foot in that shop. I will be supporting SPAR or Checkers from now on. This store has fallen apart after they moved the 2 key people(Imraan and Sizwe) that made people welcome to shop there. This is the 3rd reported incident I have had with them. There have been other issues which I overlooked.
