Most depressed/depressing employee

Pick n Pay Bloemfontein Kays Center Fleurdal. This is the only place where I shop at and I go there just about if not daily.

Unfortunately there seems to be rotten apple in the mix of employees at this Pick n Pay. On the 25th Feb 2020 at around 15:00 I was unlucky enough to meet a lady called Irene that in my opinion has no business dealing with customers in any capacity at all.

This very rude individual has a big attitude problem and I have refrained from saying something in the past as I understand that we all have a bad day sometimes but I've had enough now as it's not the first time.

When you see adverts and such of Pick n Pay you see the staff all friendly and smiling and happy to help the customers however this is not at all the case here, in fact Irene has the adverse effect in which she is actually causing customers like myself to not want to go there anymore.

This goes against what I know the Pick n Pay brand to be and I suggest that Irene rather be assigned to something more suited for her like packing stock in the back far away from customers that spend money in the store and contribute towards her salary.
